Two agents are on a job. Just watching, observing, waiting for their mark to let their guard down. He has what they need. But suddenly all the rules change and now the hunter, is the hunted.....
In this the tailing of the mark turns into a chase through the city. The guy gets away but the agents get the data he was carrying... or do they. The film revolves around the search for this information between 3 factions all in the search for the same thing. Oil. In this international game of cat and mouse who will come out victorious.
